HARMONY GROVE SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Student Council is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive from December 10 through December 14. The canned goods will be in collected in each 4th period class, and on Thursday, December 13, the students may wear a hat if they bring 5 canned items, and the teachers may wear jeans if they bring 10 canned items. The 4th period class that brings the greatest number of canned goods per student will receive an ice cream sandwich party in January.
Students are prohibited from wearing, while on the school grounds during the school day and at school- sponsored events, clothing that expose underwear, buttocks, or the breast of a female. School dress code applies at all school events.

Harmony Grove does not operate an open campus. Students must be physically checked in and out by a parent and can only come and go one time. They may not sign out until the class period is over.
7TH AND 8TH GRADE
7th and 8th grade students who wish to participate in the 7th/8th Grade Spelling Bee must sign up in Mrs. Harris' classroom by Monday, December 3rd. A list of study words will be provided to those who sign up to participate. The winner will compete in the Ouachita County Spelling Bee in January.
Softball girl meeting Wednesday, Dec. 12 Coach Fletcher during Ch. 1 in the old gym. Have your Donmion’s packet and money ready to turn in. If you can not make the meeting then take your packet and money to Coach Fletcher before Wednesday morning.
Winter Wonderland Miss Harmony Grove Pageant Sat. Jan. 12, 2019 3:00 p.m. Pick up form in the high school office.
The junior class will be having a bake sale auction on Facebook(search Harmony Grove 2019 After Prom Planning) December 21st @10:00-2:00. Delivery will be available. Please let all your family and friends know about the auction. Also, junior please have your parents contact Stacey Stanberry or Jennifer Loomis about providing a dessert for the auction.
The junior class will also have a raffle to win a $350 cash prize donated by the junior parents. Juniors and Seniors will receive raffle tickets to sell (minimum of 20) Wednesday. The money and the tickets are due no later than December 14th (Money and tickets should be turned in to Sherry Taylor in the cafeteria.) The cash prize will be given away December 21st just in time for the holidays.
SAU Tech Career Academy students last day for their votech classes before Christmas break will be December 13, Thursday.
No Beta meeting this month
Final Senior Ad payments are due December 14. You will must also turn in all pictures and wording for your Senior Ad.
ALL Seniors must come by and see Mrs. Plyler by Wednesday, December 12. You may come by in between classes.
